We are members of the Property Redress Scheme, the Deposit Protection Service, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, and are registered with the ICO. We advertise all properties on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, and PrimeLocation — ensuring maximum exposure for your rental property.

Maintenance overseeing is 11% plus VAT, separate from the contractor cost. We provide original contractor quotes and invoices and follow the authority agreed with you.
