Your questions answered
What does management cost?
Full management is 10% of actual rental income plus VAT, with the published minimum fees. Tenant find is one month’s rent plus VAT. Read the current fee schedule and ask for a written proposal for your property.
How are repairs charged?
Maintenance overseeing is 11% plus VAT, separate from the contractor’s bill. We provide original quotes and invoices and follow the authority agreed with you.
Who checks the applicants?
Our own team reviews the relevant affordability, credit, employment, references and guarantor evidence. We explain the findings before you decide. Checks cannot guarantee future payments.
Can I switch from another agent?
Yes, we can review an occupied or empty property. We first check the existing agreement, notice, tenancy and deposit records, keys and outstanding repairs before agreeing the handover.
Is there a management offer?
Ask whether your instruction qualifies for up to six months with no management fee on rental income. Other fees still apply. We confirm eligibility, the period, later fees and any minimum term in writing.
Can I see the reports and fees?
Yes. Our main website has the full fee schedule and redacted applicant-assessment and inspection reports.
